In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the 7toto platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or place any Wager. 7toto enforces this restriction through active KYC verification on all new accounts and periodic re-verification on existing accounts where required.

2.2 Residency. 7toto's services are made available to residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that you access the platform from within Indonesian territory or from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable local law.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Persons under legal guardianship, those who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction, or those otherwise lacking contractual capacity are prohibited from using the platform.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are ineligible to hold a 7toto Account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from 7toto or placed on any exclusion register;
• Employees of 7toto, its affiliates, technology providers, or business partners — and their immediate family members;
• Persons accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service to circumvent geographic or age restrictions;
• Any person acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity or payment instruments without authorization.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the 7toto platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment instrument — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonuses held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly should it change at any time. 7toto accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account details, including incorrect bank account numbers or e-wallet identifiers provided for withdrawal purposes.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact 7toto support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 7toto may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal, activating a Bonus, or continuing to place Wagers. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (KTP, passport, or SIM);
• Proof of current residential address dated within the past three months (bank statement, utility bill);
• Proof of payment method ownership (copy of bank card, e-wallet screenshot, or transaction confirmation);
• Selfie photograph with the identification document held next to the face.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 7toto may result in withdrawal holds, account restriction, or permanent account closure.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 7toto customer support. Any pending Wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard Betting Rules. Remaining Funds, net of any applicable deductions, will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7tot o currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC.

7toto reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to active users with reasonable notice via the platform or registered email address.

4.2 Deposit Currency. All IDR deposits are credited to your Account in Indonesian Rupiah. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed transaction, as determined by 7toto's internal rate engine. Exchange rate risk for cryptocurrency transactions is borne entirely by the User.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. 7toto reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly during KYC review periods.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) are typically processed within minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours may be processed on the next available banking day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) hours subject to blockchain confirmation times. 7toto does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

4.5 Same-Method Rule. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless otherwise approved by 7toto's compliance team following a verified KYC review. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and comply with anti-money laundering standards.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own legal name — are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will be reversed immediately and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses offered by 7toto are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this clause, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the specific promotional terms, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated in the specific promotional terms for each Bonus.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available to a maximum of one (1) Account per person, household, shared IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same Bonus from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all associated Bonus balances and may trigger an account review.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 7toto actively monitors betting patterns to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing equal and opposite bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (known as "bonus arbing"), using automated betting software, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional structures. Where Bonus abuse is identified, 7toto reserves the right to void all associated Bonuses, cancel resulting winnings, and close the relevant Account(s) without notice.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. 7toto regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural and sporting calendar, including events related to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), BRI Liga 1 season milestones, and major international tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF. Specific terms for these promotions are published on the platform at the time of each event and may differ materially from standard Bonus terms.

5.6 Bonus Expiry. All Bonuses have an expiry date or validity window. Any Bonus balance not used within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Wagers placed on 7toto are subject to acceptance by the platform. 7toto reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including where the platform suspects irregular betting activity, where a technical error has caused manifestly incorrect odds to be displayed, or where maximum liability thresholds have been reached for a given market.

6.2 Odds Display. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change at any time prior to the confirmation of a Wager. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that Wager. 7toto makes no representation that displayed odds will be available for any specified duration.

6.3 Manifest Errors. If a Wager is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, where a BRI Liga 1 club is priced at 1,000.00 to win a match in which they are the strong favorite — 7toto reserves the right to void the Wager and return the stake to the User's Account. 7toto will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly.

6.4 Market-Specific Rules. Rules specific to individual betting markets — including mix parlay (accumulator) settlement, Asian Handicap calculation, voor bola (goal-handicap) markets, togel draw procedures, and live casino game rules — are published in the Help section of the 7toto platform and form an integral part of this Agreement. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these market-specific rules before placing Wagers.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a Wager must be raised with 7toto customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event result being posted. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 7toto's decision on all disputed settlements is final subject to the escalation process described in Clause 13.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7toto platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Users or the platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any conduct that exploits non-public information to place Wagers;
• Attempting to launder money or use the 7toto platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users on casino table games, live dealer games, or poker-format games;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the 7toto platform;
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar anonymizing technologies;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7toto staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 7toto platform — including but not limited to brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, text, graphics, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7toto or is licensed to 7toto by its technology and content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7toto platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 7toto content without the express written consent of 7toto.

8.3 User Content. Any content you submit to 7toto — including support messages, feedback, or reviews — grants 7toto a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the operation of the platform.

9.2 Data Use. 7toto collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming controls, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications to which you have opted in.

9.3 Data Security. 7toto implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and applies industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect User data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. 10.1 Commitment. 7toto is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 10.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the platform may do so by contacting 7toto customer support or by activating self-exclusion via the Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any active exclusion period, 7toto will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.

11.1 Platform Availability. 7toto endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, third-party API failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which 7toto accepts no liability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7toto shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 7toto has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where applicable law does not permit a complete exclusion of liability, 7toto's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that User during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services. 7toto is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or technical failures of third-party payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, CIMB Niaga, or BSI), game content providers, or data feed suppliers. Any disruption to these third-party services does not create liability on the part of 7toto.

12.1 Right to Amend. 7toto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects User rights or obligations — 7toto will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice to active Users via the registered email address or platform notification system.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 7toto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5.

12.3 Version History. Previous versions of these Terms & Conditions are archived and available upon written request to [email protected].

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. 7toto operates as an internationally licensed platform and makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction — Users access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from the operation of your Account, the settlement of a Wager, or any other aspect of the Agreement, you are encouraged to contact 7toto customer support in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this level within 48 hours.

13.3 Formal Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days of first contact, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
